Booking With Us

YOUR TAILORED EXPERIENCE

It is very easy to book your planned tour. Once we have agreed the costs and itinerary, we will email you our Classic England booking form with our full terms and conditions.

NB: Please make sure you read the terms and conditions and especially the section regarding cancellation. This is paragraph 9.

Once you have booked the tour, our cancellation policy will apply.

Please note: On booking, we will process a 15% deposit. This is non-refundable – see our terms and conditions.

TOUR DETAILS

We will ask you for name of the itinerary we planned for you.

GUEST DETAILS

We’ll also ask for the full name of each passenger, each guest’s date of birth, nationality and the full postal address.

MOBILITY

Please make us aware of guests who are not fully mobile or who use wheelchairs at any time.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Tell us any special dietary or medical requirements. Please note: we cannot guarantee these.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance. Once the deposit is taken our cancellation policy will apply. For tours for 2021 and onwards, a booking will only be taken if you have insurance. We need the name of your insurance provider and policy number to confirm the tour.

ABOUT YOUR DEPOSIT

Once we have confirmed the tour to you, we will charge a non refundable deposit of 15% per person (min £100.00). The full amount will be charged for bookings made within 58 days of departure. Please see our terms and conditions.

PAYMENT METHODS

We can process payment with most major credit cards including MasterCard, AMEX and Visa. Overseas cards may incur a processing charge. Bank wire transfers in UK £ Sterling are preferred.

SIGNATURE

To comply with our Liability Insurance, the booking form must be signed. Please do this after reading our full terms and conditions.

AFTER YOU BOOK

Once we receive your deposit, we’ll send you a confirmation and invoice detailing the amount received, balance outstanding and the due date for the payment in full. Leisure Creations Ltd must receive the balance of your fare no later than 58 days before departure. Later payment will result in additional charges and cancellation of the tour.

We will contact you a week before the tour to confirm pick-up arrangements, driver/ guide name and details together with the contact telephone numbers you will need.
