Private tours

Terms & Conditions

When you book a tour, we will email you our full terms and conditions together with our booking information. Please make sure you are aware of all aspects of our terms and conditions and in particular, our cancellation policy.

This is a brief summary of the important aspects.

Cancellation

The lead name must contact us in writing immediately.

There is a deposit payment of 15% required to confirm the tour. This is non-refundable.

  • More than 58 days prior to departure – loss of deposit.
  • 29-58 days prior to departure – 50% of total cost of vacation.
  • Within 28 days of departure – 100% of total cost of vacation.

Total cost of vacation means cost for all persons included on the booking form and confirmation invoice plus any extras or pre-booked fees.

(100% charges will apply to any extras like pre-booked entrance fees, special arrangements etc).

At any stage, if one of the party wishes to cancel leading to additional costs for transport, accommodation etc, it may result in a supplement for the other passengers.

We strongly recommend that you take out trip / travel insurance. This protects you and us and must cover the fees as outlined above.

NB: From 2021, all bookings must have proof of adequate travel insurance to include travel disruption.

Vacation price

Once we have issued our paperwork, the price on the confirmation invoice will not alter unless a change is made to the booking.

Payment

Tours must be paid in full 58 days – 8 weeks before scheduled departure.

Cancellation by us
